Dr. Wise, Yessi, and the entire team at 5280 were absolutely tremendous. After spending years of time, energy, and money searching for a veterinary practice that truly prioritizes the wellbeing of my fur family over their bottom line, I finally found it. Dr. Wise came in well-informed, well-intentioned, and with a clear, thorough plan to address the chronic issues my pup has been dealing with. The care, communication, and professionalism from the entire staff were exceptional, and it’s apparent they genuinely care about both their patients and the people who love them. I was blown away by the kindness the team at 5280 showed. My older GSD has bad anxiety about going to the vet and it became quite challenging getting him to cooperate with the process, but the team remained calm and patient throughout the whole visit. Everyone showed genuine care for my boy and helped him with his ear infections. I really liked the way all the options were explained to me and I wasn’t pushed into an unwanted plan of care. I have so many good things to say about 5280. We've been long-time patients of 5280, from feral or homeless street cats we've TNR'd to our 11 year old Siberian cat, and regardless of cat or medical situation (routine exam to emergency) their service is top-notch. I really love the time they take to explain what's going on in detail as well as the care options and you're never given the "rush treatment". We are so lucky to be a part of the 5280 family and would recommend to anyone! Thank you 5280 Team !!
Been going to 5280 since I got lil homie back in 2020. The staff is so kind and seems to genuinely care about your pet’s wellbeing. They are very upfront about costs and treatment options before anything is performed or prescribed so that you are not blindsided at checkout. I have moved further away but still choose to battle the traffic for each visit because I always feel like we are well taken care of and confident in the vet’s recommendations.
